Compliance Framework

Verification Policy

The Verification Policy is the governing standard for all professional listings within the START Academy registry. It serves as a compliance framework to ensure every Aspiring Founder demonstrates industry mastery and operational execution through our structured Build System™. Endorsement and directory listing are contingent upon the rigorous verification of all operational assets and the successful fulfillment of specified milestones, ensuring that every entity preserves the institutional integrity of the START platform.

1. Introduction

This Verification Policy establishes the formal standards, criteria, and administrative procedures for business validation on the START Academy platform. The primary objective is to verify that internal operational progress achieved by Aspiring Founders meets institutional requirements for platform endorsement and public directory inclusion. This Policy ensures that all participants move beyond industry-specific training into documented, verifiable business execution.

Legitimacy within the START Build System™ is established purely through documented evidence of real business activity. As a compliance-oriented platform, START does not provide guarantees of success; rather, we provide the framework for rigorous verification of operational systems and professional assets.

Verification Eligibility & Requirements

The START verification path is a strictly structured compliance review process. It is designed to evaluate and confirm the operational existence, legal structure, and technical readiness of businesses established by Aspiring Founders. Participation is governed by rigorous completion standards.

Core Qualification Prerequisites

To apply for formal verification, an Aspiring Founder must satisfy the following institutional benchmarks:

Academic Mastery: Verification of score-based completion of the industry-specific START Master Curriculum.
Legal Continuity: Proof of current registration for a business entity (LLC, Corporation, or Partnership) in good standing.
Functional Infrastructure: Active deployment of the industry-specific operating systems and software designated by the START Build System™.
Digital Identity Standards: Maintenance of a professional domain and corresponding institutional email infrastructure.

Mandatory Verification Evidence

During the verification audit, the following items must be submitted for manual review through the designated portal:

• Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, or Partnership Agreements.
• IRS EIN Confirmation Letter corresponding to the applicant entity.
• Validated screenshots or developer-mode logs confirming active system implementation.
• Registrar-issued domain verification records mirroring the professional business identity.

Verification Methodology & Evaluation Standards

The START platform operates as a structured evaluation system. For every Aspiring Founder, entry into the START Business Directory is contingent upon successful completion of the three-phase verification path. This institutional framework ensures that every listed entity has moved beyond theoretical mastery into verifiable operational execution.

Phase 1: Operational Asset Submission

The Aspiring Founder must submit documented proof of company formation, including Articles of Organization and official employer identification. This phase establishes the legal existence of the business within its respective jurisdiction.

Phase 2: Benchmark System Audit

A formal audit of the build-ready operating systems is conducted. Verification requires the demonstration of industry-specific infrastructure, including client acquisition pipelines and internal service delivery assets.

Phase 3: Formal Endorsement

Upon satisfying all operational benchmarks, the Aspiring Founder is granted the 'Verified' status. This endorsement allows for permanent inclusion in the professional business directory and access to advanced network resources.

Disclosure: Verification by START Online Business Academy confirms the successful execution of foundational build milestones and the establishment of core operating systems. Verification does not serve as a guarantee of future earnings, market success, or specific business performance. All Aspiring Founders remain responsible for their independent business decisions and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Maintenance and Review of Verification Status

Verification status for an Aspiring Founder is subject to ongoing compliance and periodic institutional review. The START Academy conducts regular audits of verified businesses to ensure that operational systems and documented assets continue to meet the professional standards of the Build System™. Founders must maintain active business status and notify the academy of any material changes to their entity’s structure or service delivery.

Failure to provide requested documentation during a review period or a breach of the Academy’s compliance standards will result in a formal review of verification status. START reserves the right to suspend or revoke verification and remove the Aspiring Founder’s business from the START Business Directory at any time if benchmarks are no longer verifiable or accurate. All changes to ownership, industry focus, or registry information must be reported within thirty (30) business days to maintain directory eligibility.

Revocation of Verification Status

Verification of business models within the START Academy framework is an ongoing status contingent upon sustained professional execution. START maintains full authority to revoke or suspend verification status for any Aspiring Founder who fails to meet the institutional benchmarks established during the certification process.

Verification Audits

Ethical Conduct

Aspiring Founders are subject to periodic operational audits. Verification may be revoked if an audit identifies fraudulent data, systemic misrepresentation of business assets, or the use of deceptive AI-generated 'proofs' of business activity.

Endorsement within the START Business Directory requires adherence to verified industry standards. Confirmation of deceptive practices, regulatory compliance failures, or professional misconduct will result in immediate removal and nullification of all earned status.

Operational Integrity

Re-Verification Rights

Verification is grounded in the Build System™ methodology. Should a business system—including entity registration, client processing platforms, or professional communication channels—be dismantled or fall into disrepair, the verification status will be suspended until remediation.

Revocation is final unless a formal re-verification audit is requested by the Aspiring Founder. Re-evaluation is only available after a minimum of 90 days following documented remediation of the triggers that led to the revocation.

Aspiring Founder Responsibilities

Institutional verification is a collaborative process. Every Aspiring Founder engaging with the START platform and Build System™ is obligated to adhere to the following procedural standards and ethical requirements.

01 / Accuracy & Documentation

Aspiring Founders are responsible for providing truthful, complete, and verifiable documentation at every stage of the Prove and Verify phases. This includes, but is not limited to, legal registration assets, operational dashboards, and verifiable third-party evidence of business activity.

02 / Material Change Disclosure

The Aspiring Founder must notify START administration immediately of any material status changes, including business dissolution, fundamental pivots in industry focus, or changes in controlling ownership. Verification status is tied exclusively to the audited entity and state of operations at the time of endorsement.

03 / Verification Integrity

Compliance with Swiss-standard International Style rigor is expected. Aspiring Founders are prohibited from misrepresenting automated AI outputs as manual operational results or attempting to circumvent the milestone checks defined in the Build System™. Professional integrity is the foundation of directory eligibility.

Policy Modifications & Updates

START Online Business Academy reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Verification Policy at any time to reflect evolving industry standards, regulatory requirements, or institutional procedures. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon the posting of the updated policy on the START platform. Aspiring Founders are responsible for conducting a periodic review of this document to ensure continued adherence to current verification benchmarks. Substantial amendments that materially affect the verification status of active projects will be communicated directly to registered Aspiring Founders via the platform dashboard or specified contact methods.

Compliance Audits & Revocation

START maintains a dedicated Verification Review Board to oversee the ongoing integrity of the platform. Aspiring Founders may be subject to structural compliance audits at any time at the request of the board to confirm the veracity of their operational assets. Failure to comply with official audit requests or a determination of operational stagnation will result in the immediate revocation of the founder’s verified status. Verified directory listings are not a permanent grant but a privilege maintained through measurable professional execution and adherence to the START Build System™ standards.
