At START Online Business Academy, we’re committed to helping you launch a real business with step-by-step training, practical tools, and full support. If you’re not satisfied with your course purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
 
🔄 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund window for all course enrollments. If for any reason you feel that the course isn’t the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

📌 To Qualify for a Refund:

• You must request your refund within 7 days of enrolling.

• You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.

• You must email your request to: support@startonlinecampus.com
  Please include your name, email address used at signup, course title, and brief reason for the refund.
   

⚠️ Non-Refundable Items:

• Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Courses where more than 25% of the content has been completed

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago

  • Discounted or promotional items labeled "non-refundable"

  • Affiliate program earnings or bundles with digital downloads
     

💬 What Happens After You Request:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. However, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to an additional 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after processing. Please be patient and contact your financial institution if you experience a delay.
 

🛑 Right to Refuse Refunds:

START Online Business Academy reserves the right to refuse a refund request at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund history, or failure to comply with course terms. We are committed to fairness but also protecting the integrity of our programs.
