Is this legal certification?

No. START recognition is an academic and institutional acknowledgment of progress and standards within our programs. It is not a government-issued, legal, or regulatory credential.
Can outside businesses apply?

No. Recognition is currently limited to participants and graduates of START programs. Outside businesses that have not progressed through our coursework and verification milestones are not eligible.
How long does endorsement last?

Endorsed status is time-bound and subject to periodic review. Businesses must maintain active operations and professional standards in order to remain listed as Endorsed.
Can status be removed?

Yes. START may suspend or remove status if a business no longer meets our operational, conduct, or documentation standards, or fails to respond to review requests.
What proof is required?

Proof requirements may include documentation of business activity, systems, client or revenue evidence, and other materials specified in our internal verification guidelines.
